3. Unused & Unopened Products
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Get Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include this RA number in all communications and on the return package.

Step 3: Prepare Your Return
Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Ship it to the address provided by our support team, ensuring the RA number is clearly visible.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days or send a replacement at no extra cost.
